Data Retention and Deletion Policies
Recordings, transcripts, and all information associated with each interaction belong to the client. SERODI does not unilaterally define what is stored or for how long, every retention and deletion policy is established contractually with the client, based on their own operational, legal, and regulatory requirements. Once the agreed retention period has elapsed, data is deleted securely and irreversibly. This model ensures that clients maintain full sovereignty over their information at all times.

Encryption of Sensitive Data
All sensitive information handled by SERODI's platform, including voice recordings, transcripts, personal identification data, and integration payloads, is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry standard protocols. No sensitive data is ever exposed in plain text across any layer of the system, from the moment a conversation begins to its final storage or deletion. This ensures that even in the event of unauthorized access, intercepted data remains unreadable and operationally useless.



Client Hosted Deployment
SERODI's HVA platform can be fully deployed within the client's own cloud infrastructure, operating under their existing security policies, access controls, and compliance frameworks. This model ensures that all data voice, transcripts, and integration traffic, never leaves the client's environment, eliminating third party data exposure by design. Whether on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or a private cloud setup, SERODI's HVA adapts to the client's preferred infrastructure without compromising performance or functionality. For organizations with strict data sovereignty requirements, this deployment model represents the highest level of control and security available.

Your Infrastructure, Your Costs
SERODI's HVA connects directly to the client's own resources, including their telephony trunks, cloud virtual servers, AI service subscriptions, CRM platforms, ERPs, and any other existing systems, keeping the entire operation within their own infrastructure. There are no intermediary layers, no data passing through third party environments, and no markup on operational costs. Telephony minutes are billed directly by the client's own carrier, and AI services run under the client's own provider agreements, at their negotiated rates. SERODI delivers the intelligence, the integration, and the expertise, the client retains full ownership of the infrastructure and full control over their operational costs.
